Sourdough bread? Yes, please! Plus, there’s a Family Mart downstairs for late-night munchies. The room size actually offered more space than the usual Japanese hotel, making it nice for a longer stay.

i almost woudl have given this place a decent review, but the front desk staff was utterly insincere, pretending not to understand english, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast voucher nonsense! and i definitly expected a better room after the inconvenience, but alas, i was treated like just anyone else.

good location, but limited breakfast options
The staff provided excellent customer service, making the check-in process easy. The room's cleanliness was remarkable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I appreciated the convenience of having a Family Mart right downstairs for late-night snacks. I had a satisfying breakfast experience. despite few options, the food was quite tasty.
The breakfast order process needed improvement as you have to decide the night before.

convenience store on property, easy subway access, larger bathrooms than average
Room rates felt excessive compared to similar options!!! The lobby lacked a seating area for relaxation!!! The absence of dining facilities within the hotel was a letdown!!!

Consider choosing the twin room for more space, as the queen room has a large table that reduces livable area.

spacious, spacious, spacious
The room was spacious enough to comfortably fit our family, with a lovely view and ample lighting. I especially loved how the desk can transform into a large table, making it perfect for our late-night games. The proximity to Osaka Station is fantastic. it took us just a 10-minute walk to get there!
can recommend 😊❤️

missingWrote a review on 14 Octconvenient locationmultiple storesroom size
Convenient location near Osaka-Umeda station with easy access to food and shopping. Close proximity to multiple convenience stores, including one right on the first floor.
Room size felt cramped, especially the twin beds which were actually single-size and not ideal for four people. The non-smoking room had a slight musty smell, and the escalator was out of service during the stay, making access to the lobby a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom lacked power outlets, which is a hassle for charging devices.

Had a great time with friends! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the subway and surrounded by shops. The staff were very friendly and helped us with luggage transfer. Loved the shower facilities and the konbini on the ground floor for snacks. We also enjoyed our visits to a hot spring.
One thing to note is that the breakfast requires you to choose options the night before, which can be a bit tricky. But overall, it didn’t overshadow our fun stay.

would stay here again.
Room was clean and had nice amenities like air conditioning, a desk to work at, and a flat-screen TV. The shower was good, and the overall space was quite large for a city hotel. I really enjoyed the massage options at the spa. So, yeah, a comfortable spot close to everything.

It was just a prime choice for a short-term stay in Osaka with great value-to-price ratio. The coffee served at breakfast was surprisingly good, making mornings more enjoyable. Opt for twin beds if you need extra space.
